The Festival of Philippine Arts & Culture aka FPAC is celebrating its' 31st year as the longest running arts and culture centered Filipino festival in the diaspora. It is a free, family friendly event on Saturday September 13, 2025 at Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, Ca.
